CRISTIAN CAPARAS

AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

What are you still doing manually?

I build practical AI-powered systems that remove repetitive work, improve inefficient processes, and connect the tools your business already uses.

02 / PROBLEMS

What's slowing your business down?

Start with the work that keeps getting in the way. Choose the problem that sounds familiar and I'll take you to the systems most relevant to it.

03 / SYSTEMS FOR YOUR WORK

Systems built around the work that keeps repeating.

These are demonstration systems showing how a business process can move from trigger to decision to action. Each one can be adapted to the tools, rules, and review points of the actual business.

04 / AUTOMATION LIBRARY

More ways repetitive work can move without constant manual effort.

Browse the systems by business problem, or use the platform selector to see how the work is built across the tools I use.

05 / HOW I THINK

Good automation starts with a better process.

Automation is useful when it removes a real bottleneck. Before choosing a tool, I look at what the work is actually doing to the people and systems involved.

Engineer → Problem Solver → Builder

I look for unnecessary steps, bottlenecks, repeated work, manual handoffs, delays, and places where information gets lost.

Not everything should be automated.

If the process is already inefficient, automating it can simply make the inefficiency happen faster.

The person behind the systems.

The systems show what I can build. My engineering background explains how I look at the work before I automate it.

CERTIFICATIONS

Engineer → Problem Solver → Builder

I'm Cristian Caparas, an AI Automation Specialist with a background in Industrial Engineering. I work at the intersection of process improvement and automation—understanding how work is done, finding where it gets stuck, and building systems that make the process simpler and more reliable.

I tend to notice inefficient processes even when nobody asked me to.

07 / LET'S TALK

What's slowing you down?

You don't need to know the technology. Just show me how the work happens today.

I know what I want automated.

You already have a process in mind and want to turn it into a working system.
